This website provides repair information and a telephone enquiry route. It does not include an online booking form, customer login, payment collection, newsletter sign-up or an advertising/analytics script. Search boxes and problem filters operate in your browser and do not submit their contents through this website.
Telephone enquiries and service details
If you call to request service, details such as your name, callback number, address, appliance model and fault may be needed to discuss or arrange a visit. Share only information relevant to the enquiry. Do not provide banking passwords, payment PINs or unrelated identity documents. Necessary appointment information may be shared with the engineer responsible for the requested work.
Hosting and access logs
The hosting provider may process ordinary web-access information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, date and time for delivery, maintenance and security. The website package does not control the provider’s logging or retention settings; these depend on the hosting arrangement.
Browser storage and device icons
The supplied pages do not use cookies or local storage for advertising or behavioural profiling.
